Shipping & Delivery

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping during special promotions throughout the year.

We will be shipping our products all over the globe.

We are currently launching our products in the US market, however, we will be coming to Europe and other global locations soon.

Issimo can arrange shipping of wine to most states in the U.S. However, in some state restrictions apply. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to view available shipping and pricing options for your order’s destination.

You will be prompted upon entry into our site to designate the State in which you would like your wines delivered. If your State does not appear, we do not ship to that location, however, we would love to work with you to find a way for you to enjoy all of ISSIMO's wines. Please contact us at customercare@issimo.wine.

The Protection Fee is designed to insure your purchases in the event of breakage, theft, or fire during delivery to your chosen destination. The Protection Fee does not cover damage or spoilage resulting from shipping during unsuitable weather at the request of the client nor does it cover cork failure. By waiving the Protection Fee, you release ISSIMO from all responsibility for what may occur to your order while in transit.

The Protection Fee does not cover damage caused by extreme heat or cold. Therefore, if the weather is forecast to be below 40°F (4.4°C) or above 80°F (26.6°C) in your area, we advise you to take advantage of ISSIMO's complimentary storage offering (valid for 90 days from the purchase date), where we will hold your purchase in our temperature-controlled warehouse until you are ready to receive your order. If you would like to store your purchase with us for more than 90 days, please contact customercare@issimo.wine to discuss your needs. After 90 days, storage fees will be applied to your purchase.

Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds depending on the nature of the request.
